Invested in the Status Quo

These are not bad people: they are people like us, striving to be excellent or to survive in a web of demands and reward mechanisms that largely keep them where they are.

Change is risk: it’s about vision and agility, inherently about jumping from a safe place into the unknown.

To effect realistic change, we have to work on a co-created and co-owned model, where we can bring those people who are invested into the status quo into a space where they are part of the community of change. Sure, you need sponsorship from the top and buy in at the bottom, but mostly you need…
