Julian Stodd's Learning Blog

I’m late writing the blog today, because tomorrow is a special day. I’m running two workshops: the first, an ‘Introduction to Social Leadership‘, and the second ‘How organisational culture fails‘. They are based upon key writing i’ve done over the last year, both sessions trying to draw together all the disparate threads.

If the blog is my first reflective space, these workshops are the second, and it’s taken me quite a while to draw up the presentations. I’ll be sharing these after the event on SlideShare.

So why take the time?

Because sharing is learning: we have to socialise our ideas and be prepared to iterate them. We have to learn what’s wheat and what’s chaff.

So although it’s late, i’m tired, and i’m not yet finished, i wanted to take a few minutes out to share why it’s so important to share.
