Evernote partners with iSpeech, adds text-to-speech reading to its Clearly extension for Chrome

See on Scoop.itWeb 2.0 for juandoming

Excerpted from article on The Next Web:
«Evernote on Tuesday announced an update to its Evernote Clearly extension for Google Chrome, which is design for reading articles and blog posts online sans distractions. Evernote Premium subscribers now have the ability to have text read back to them. You can download the updated version of Clearly now from the Chrome Web Store.

Here’s how the new addition works: open the link for the page you want to read, click on the Clearly extension, and then click the new Text-to-Speech icon. Personalize Learning: Messy Learning: Interview with Chris Edwards

See on Scoop.itE-Learning-Inclusivo (Mashup)

Chris Edwards is a year 2 teacher in the UK. He decided to transform his classroom and personalise teaching and learning. He rearranged his classroom with zones based on another teacher, Kevin McLaughlin’s ideas. Then he redesigned how he teaches.

We interviewed Chris to find out when, why, and how he personalised learning for his young learners. He not only shared his journey, he shared some pictures of his classroom.

His new blog, Messy Learning, provides some real insights to how his teaching is changing and how his young children are taking responsibility for their learning.
