El aprendizaje no es un acto solitario, aunque originalmente sea así, no podemos entrar en las clases y cerrar las puertas para que no entre ni nadie ni nada de fuera y para que nosotros tampoco podamos salir… hacer nuestras propia cosas y seguir aprendiendo contenidos dentro de aquellas paredes.
LLos docentes deben colaborar con otros docentes, y no con los de su propio centro, sino como con más más y más diversos, mejor.
Enseñamos a nuestros estudiantes que hay oportunidades para aprender a diario. Queremos que nuestros estudiantes aprendan el uno del otro. ¿Por qué deberíamos nosotros no esperar lo mismo de nosotros?
La creación de un Personal Learning networck, puede ayudarles a romper las paredes de los propio estudios y asegurarle el desarrollo profesional a cualquier hora del día. ¿Po donde empezamos???
