Ideology has a material existence in the rituals, routines and social practices thatboth structured and orchestrate the daily work in schools.

This material aspect of ideology is clearly reflected, for example, the architecture of school buildings, with separate rooms, offices and recreation areas, eachaffirms and reinforces one aspect of the social division of labor.

in some time .. maybe this meant to join in a common idea, which does not happen now because of the diversity that exists in all schools, both cultures,ideas, idiosyncrasies .. hence “this attempt possible indoctrination,” can often be a breeding ground for signs of violence … which is happening today in our society ..

.. ideologies that often “imponene” based on enforcing rules, values, establishedpatterns … are not the product of our consciousness, but are usually images and occasionally concepts, but is primarily , as structures such as prevail in the vast majority of men, not by way of his “conscience.” 

Cultural objects areperceived-accepted-suffered two, and they act functionally on one in a process that escapes us …
